The Molly and Cortney checklist to ensure a fantastic 8AM Thanksgiving morning run experience:

♥ Decide to go out the night before, and ultimately stay out til bar close.

♥ Get a solid four hours of sleep.

♥ Chug an energy drink twenty minutes to race start.

♥ Rock the 5K. And I mean ROCK IT.

♥ Caffiene injection post-run. Stat.

    OMG Cortney! Please promise that you will never chug an energy drink before you run again – your heart will explode! What would I do all by myself on Vikings Sundays? I would have to train Rahim to check ID’s and answer phones.

    ps, yeah for running the 5K on Thanksgiving!!!!

    Oh Nicole! Don’t worry, it was a SPORTS energy drink, not a crappy red bull! Although Rahim may be better company than me on a hungover Sunday morning, he would never wear click clack heels to the office.
